Just a thought I would like to share.

Sometimes Truth comes to you just as you wake, sometimes in the middle of a dream. It is there untouched by human perception. It is real and it is coming from deep inside you. TRUST it! Your truth!

Everyday there are new lessons for us to learn. These lessons can be spiritual or mundane, sometimes both. At times our lessons are difficult and challenging, almost heavy feeling; while other times they can be light and airy; and we breeze threw them with not a care in the world. We love these lessons, but we must learn to embrace the difficult ones just the same; the more challenging the lesson, the more we attain growth in our spiritual Journey.

Sometimes life will through us a trick question... Do we do what will make us more money or do we do what we know is inherently right? We will all be faced with this at one time or another, we will sometimes choose the right answer and sometimes the wrong answer. But that's what makes this journey of ours so interesting. We will have many opportunities to grow, not just one... so don't beat yourself up if you happen to get the wrong answer on a particular day, tomorrow is another day.

A Lesson in the Art of Spirituality...

I would like share a story about a friend of mine who owns Isvara Yoga Studio in Murrieta (I myself feel that the art of yoga should be re-coined as "Spirituality in Motion").

One particular day, the owner was having technical difficulties with the electrical system in the main classroom. Everything seemed to work, with the exception the lights. Concerned, she called the technician and was informed that they would not be able to respond to her repair request until the following day.

This was very discouraging news; how was she going to teach Yoga (Spirituality in Motion) in the dark? The class started around 6:00pm, so by the time the class would have ended, the sun would have set and it would have been completely dark in the studio. It appeared that the hour of "spiritual motion" would be canceled due to these unforeseen circumstances.

Now, this is where her enlightened mind went to work. My friend decided to fill the room with large white candles and continue on with her scheduled class. Wondering how that yoga class turned out? Quite well! It was wonderful having the studio filled with the smell of lavender candles, not to mention the relaxing environment created by the dimly lit room. By the time we got to the last pose of the evening (called "savasana"- my favorite, by the way), we were in such a state of relaxation that the sound of the instructor's voice seemed a million miles away. Once this amazing session reached its conclusion, we gathered ourselves to end with the final Namaste.

When life handed Isvara Yoga a challenge, Isvara Yoga created an opportunity!

Through this unfortunate mishap in technical difficulties came a new and eventful way to experience Yoga (Spiritually in Motion). So, if you are ever in the area, check out Isvara Yoga's  new class called Yoga by Candle Light!

Expressing Gratitude & Appreciation

Shifting Your Perspective...
Shifting Your Perspective

"Feeling grateful or appreciative of someone or something in your life actually attracts more of the things that you appreciate and value into your life." - Christiane Northrup

Sometimes in life we get so caught up in what we want, need, and desire that we forget the most common things to be grateful for. Try shifting your perspective.

I recommend that you make a list of everything you are grateful for followed by a list of those things or experiences you desire to bring into your life.

Attract Blessings Through Appreciation...

Attract Blessings Through Appreciation
"What if you gave someone a gift, and they neglected to thank you for it - would you be likely to give them another? Life is the same way. In order to attract more of the blessings that life has to offer, you must truly appreciate what you already have." - Ralph Marston

The Law of Attraction states the belief that "like attracts like," meaning that positive and negative thinking bring about positive and negative physical results, respectively.

According to the Law of Attraction, the saying "I need more money" allows the person to continue to "need more money." If the person wants to change this they would focus their thoughts on the goal (having more money), rather than the problem (needing more money).

This might take the form of phrases such as "I have as much money as I need" or "I have a job that pays very well." Thus, expressing gratitude for what one already has, through this appreciation, one will receive more of what one already has attained.
